These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Smiedia's website and the services we provide. By engaging with our services or accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Smiedia is registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16370082) with its registered address at 128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX.
Smiedia provides creative services including photography, videography, motion design, animation, and brand identity design. All service scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of work.
We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values or falls outside our areas of expertise.
A deposit is required before work commences on any project. The deposit amount will be specified in your project proposal. The remaining balance is due upon completion and prior to the final delivery of files.
Late payments may result in the suspension of work or withholding of final deliverables. Smiedia reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
All creative work produced by Smiedia remains the intellectual property of Smiedia until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the agreed usage rights are transferred to the client as outlined in the project proposal.
Smiedia retains the right to display all completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless a written confidentiality agreement has been signed.
The number of revision rounds included is stated in each project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Significant changes to the agreed brief after work has commenced may be subject to additional fees and revised timelines.
Smiedia's liability to you in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that project. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from our services or any errors in delivered work.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
